| | Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Plan and organize TOT for OIL, ODE for octagon leadership and community development program for Vanuatu |
| | 2) Ensures that the project plan for OLCDP and work plan are followed and all activities achieved; |
| | 3) Liaises regularly with funders and program manager and program adviser on progress of training programs |
| | 4) Liaise with the communities and their leaders through appropriate authorities to identify their capacity building needs |
| | 5) Identify existing capacity building resources that may meet some of these needs and design strategies to address gaps/unmet needs within the community with their leaders |
| | 6) Organize training programmes for leaders through the best appropriate authorities |
| | 7) Organize leadership and community development model projects to be followed until desired outcomes are achieved. |
