|  | 1) Responsible for providing our signature priority bank customers with exceptional service standards at all times and ensuring all their transactional and sales needs are identified and met | 
|  | 2) Cultivating a strong customer relationship and building customer loyalty through consistent and timely service to meet customer needs | 
|  | 3) Ensuring that the highest quality of service is offered in the signature priority bank premises at all times | 
|  | 4) Exercising a service level discretion by providing quality service as per the "signature priority bank" service proposition | 
|  | 5) Acting as the liasion for formal feedback via customers and SPB relationship manager and specialist establish/maintain sound, collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders | 
|  | 6) Ensuring customers request are actioned within agreed time frame & number of processing errors | 
|  | 7) Assisting with the sales & service/account opening documentation completeness in accordance with banking policies and procedures. | 
|  | Interested applicant must possess the following: | 
|  | Criteria: | 
|  | - Demonstrated relevant tertiary education qualifications; Minimum of 3 years in an equivalent customer care role in a financial or international corporate organization; Previous experience with | 
|  | demonstrated superior performance in assisting and managing a customer base is preferred; Sound working knowledge of all ANZ products and services is preferred | 
|  | - Sales skills and understanding of sales culture preferably acquired in the financial services sector; General PC literacy and keyboard skills; Demonstrated high level interpersonal and | 
|  | - Thorough knowledge of bank procedures, products and services; Tri-lingual is preferred (english, french, bislama). |
