| | We are seeking for suitable candidate to fill in the above positions. Duties and responsibilities: |
| | 1) Responsible for contributing to the achievement of branch sales targets by actively applying a customer needs sales process |
| | 2) Provide customers with an easy and friendly banking experience by giving excellent service which ensures customers transactional and sales are identified and met |
| | 3) Generate new sound profitable business by creating referral networks, including internal business relationships, existing customers, spotters and local market activities. |

| | - Completion of tertiary qualifications would be preferable; Previous experience with demonstrated superior performance in assisting and managing a customer based is preferred; Sound working knowledge of |
| | all ANZ products and services; Sales skills and understanding of sales culture preferably acquired in the financial services sector |
| | - Extensive supporting business development planning, documentation and implementation; Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication; Thorough knowledge of bank procedures, products and |
| | services; Thorough knowledge and skills in preparing, completing and maintaining credit facilities |
| | - Tri-lingual (English, french, bislama). |
