| | - Minimum educational level of year 10 or 12 school certificate; Possess a valid drivers license (heavy weight preferable); Age range between 18 to 35 years; Minimum physical height of 1.60metres; Ability to |
| | perform competently during emergency and hazardous situations; Ability to perform strenuous tasks requiring muscular strenght coordination and endurance |
| | - Ability to be exposed to hazardous environment; Ability to withstand great heights without fear; Ability to work as part of a team; No phisical abnormality, phobias or allergic reactions |
| | - Be honest, self motivated and reliable; Be physically and mentally fit; Possess police clearence report; Qualification in fire and rescue related trainings would be an advantage |
| | - Willing to be transferred anytime between all three AVL operated airports ie; bauer field, white grass and pekoa. |
