| | World Vision-Pacific Development Group is a Christian Based, Humanitarian, Non Governmental Organization engaged in Relief & Development projects in Papua New Guinera, Solomon Islands & Vanuatu, and is currently has a job vacancy for the following position above. |

| | Duties & Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: |
| | |
| | - Manage the implementation of Health Projects and to assist other related issues in the Tafea Program |
| | |
| | - Provided leadership to coordinate and develop networks with relevant stakeholders for effectiveness and efficiency of the health project. |
| | |
| | - Undertake the supervision of the community health activities in project communities |
| | Provide the overall technical support and support and supervision as required under the project facilitation process |
| | |
| | - Compile data and provide timely field reports and quarterly reports as required under the project; To develop monthly plans of action for the project team. |
| | Criteria: |
| | - Diploma level qualification in Health Promotion |
| | - Must be a qualified nurse |
| | - At least 3 years in community work is a minimum requirement |
| | - Good interpersonal skills and cross cultural sensitivity; Ability to work independantly and as part of the team |
| | - Good written and Spoken English; Be able to use basic computer programs - Microsoft Word, Excel and email programs. |
