| | Sarabetu Church of Christ in Port Vila is seeking to recruit and a Senior Pastor for the church for period of 3 years. |
| | The Senior Pastor is required to be responsible for all spiritual Ministry development of the Church and reports to the Church Council. |
| | Major duties and responsibilities of the position. |
| | |
| | 1 .Takes a leading role to determine the vision and the theme of the spiritual growth of the church annually. |
| | |
| | 2.Takes overall responsibility and Provides spiritual direction and advice to the executive and all the departments operating under the church (Christian Women’s Fellowship (CWF), Sunday School, Youth, Elders, |
| | Deacons, Cells Groups, Men’s Fellowship and the newly established worship centre). |
| | 3. Be responsible for the Preaching of the Word and take full responsibility over the Pulpit of the church 0 |
| | 4. Be responsible for all Church’s sacraments. |

| | - Holds a Recognized Theological qualification from a recognized Bible College, preferable a Church of Christ College |
| | - Posses at least 3 years work experience pasturing a church or as an area pastor |
| | - Possesses skills in developing and delivering sound biblical teaching etc |
