| | - Be citizens of MSG’member States including the FLNKS of New Caledonia; |
| | - Have experience in Social policy analysis and research, and be able to communicate well; |
| | - Posses Undergraduate Qualifications in the fields of Social Development, socialogy or development studies; |
| | - Conversant with present policy issues governing the fields of social development and culture promotion/preservation; |
| | - Have 7 years or more work experience in a policy advisory position |
| | Salary: |
| | An annual salary package of up to USD 49,000 will be offered. |
