Job Desctiption:
The Managing Director (MD) provides overall strategic leadership and operational oversight of the National Finance & Credit Services Limited (NFCSL) ensuring the organization achieves its mission, vision, and financial objectives. The role is responsible for setting corporate direction, driving business growth, maintaining sound financial performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. The MD acts as the primary link between the Board of Directors and the organization, translating Board decisions into actionable strategies and ensuring their effective implementation.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications/Experience
• A master's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• At least 15 years of senior management experience, preferably in financial services, banking, investment, or a related regulated industry.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership, business development, and financial management within a corporate or financial institution.
• Demonstrated experience in corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
