Job Desctiption:
The role of a Lead Site Supervisor will be the management and supervision of the construction site in accordance with health and safety guidelines, construction design, and construction best practices. The Lead Site Supervisor will overlook a construction team made of Foreman, Team leaders, Skilled workers and Laborers, the full team will be from 20 to 60 workers at the peak of activities.
Selection Criteria:
• Français, Bislama and English profenciency (spoken and written),
• At least 2 or 3 work experiences in similar position
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a (senior or lead) Site Supervisor.
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Operational leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
