Job Desctiption:
The Business Development Executive develops and implements strategies to attract new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and increase sales. The role involves identifying market opportunities, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with other departments to achieve the company's business objectives.
Selection Criteria:
.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.
.Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management is preferred.
.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
.Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
.Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
