|  | Duties and responsibilities: | 
|  | 1) This role will report to Team Leader Customer Service Operations | 
|  | 2) Provide superior service by asking questions and recommending products to meet customer needs | 
|  | 3) Maintain a sense of urgency to serve customers and reduce queues | 
|  | 4) Have an up to date knowledge of products and procedures | 
|  | 5) Have a passion for customers and fulfil customers needs by providing solutions including electronic banking needs | 
|  | 6) Share knowledge and experiences of teamwork with members to help build sound and productive working relationships. | 
|  | To be successful in the role, the applicant should display the following competencies and experience: | 
|  | Criteria: | 
|  | - Experience in working as part of customer service team; Well developed communication skills, including being fluent in Bislama and English both written and verbal (French an advantage) | 
|  | - Must be innovative, show initiative and desire to learn | 
|  | - Demonstrate an ability to develop strong partnerships with customer | 
|  | - Desire and ability to provide an excellent level of customer service | 
|  | - Need to have completed year 13 education. |
