| | The Successful candidate should satisfy the following criteria. |

| | - Bachelors degree in law, business administration or related field; Must have 5 years or more experience in middle management position; Ability to communicate and negotiate effective in a |

| | - Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in the English language, good understanding of trhe french language will be an advantage |
| | - Must be computer literate; Must be able to exert good leadership qualities and be able to supervise others, and to work as a team member of the VFSC management Must be willing to work extra hours |
