Job Desctiption:
We seek a very professional, highly experienced Property Manager to oversee operations of a luxury holiday rental property in Port Vila, Vanuatu. Responsibilities include guest relations and concierge services, reservations and revenue management, property maintenance and housekeeping oversight, staff scheduling and training, supplier and contractor coordination, budget and inventory control, bar & kitchen management and ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the highest standards.
Selection Criteria:
Requirements: Minimum 4 years’ experience managing luxury accommodation or hospitality property; proven track record of professionalism and excellence; excellent English (verbal & written); strong customer service, organizational and leadership skills; competency with booking/PMS systems and accounting. Additional language skills (french) and hospitality qualifications advantageous.
