Organisation Description:
The Vanuatu Tennis Federation is a non-government and charitable organization which aims, according to its Constitution to:
  
  - promote, develop, enhance and protect the sport of Tennis mainly as an amateur sport for the recreation and entertainment of the general public in Vanuatu;
  - foster the growth and development of the sport of Tennis in Vanuatu
  - maintain recognition from and by the ITF;
  - uphold and enforce the Rules of Tennis and of ITF;
  - promote good governance in, and preserve the ethics, integrity and independence of, Tennis as a sport.
  
  As of January 2025, Vanuatu Tennis Federation will directly manage the operations of its National Centre located in Port-Vila at the Stade Area.
Job Desctiption:
1. Manage and supervise all Centre's activities and staff;
  2. Liaise with all tenants and ensure contracts are respected;
  3. Manage the Centre's daily financials in cooperation with VTF Treasurer;
  4. Manage memberships and Centre Registry;
  5. Manage courts' booking and collect fees when necessary;
  6. Initiate new activities;
  7. Advertise and promote all activities of the Centre;
  8. Work with Technical Director for all tennis activities;
  9. Report to VTF Board.
Selection Criteria:
1. Vanuatu Citizen
  2. Year 13 Certificate with preferably Accounting and Business studies OR Certificate 3 in Accounting and Business Management;
  3. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;
  4. Fluent in English, French and Bislama. Mandarin a critical advantage;
  5. IT Literate with preferably knowledge to use XERO Accounting Software
  6. Highly reliable and creative.
  
  Key Considerations:
  
  - Vanuatu Tennis has approximately 200 members, mostly under 18 years old;
  - Vanuatu Tennis's cultural diversity should be taken into account when applying;
  - Vanuatu Tennis has a strict Child Protection Policy;
  - No alcohol or kava consumer. Consumption of alcohol and kava is forbidden on the premises.
