Job Desctiption:
Bountiful Tours and Transfers Vanuatu is seeking a highly organized and  detail-oriented Admin staff to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our  growing business, the Admin Staff will be responsible for ensuring the smooth  and efficient operation of our administrative functions.
  Responsibilities:
  1. General Administrative Tasks: Perform a wide range of administrative duties  including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries in  a prompt and professional manner.
  2. Reservation Management: Assist in managing bookings, ensuring accuracy, and  coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of tours and  transfers.
  3. File and Document Management: Maintain an organized filing system for  important documents, contracts, and other administrative records. Ensure all  files are up-to-date and easily accessible for reference.
  4. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the Bountiful Team, including  drivers and management, to ensure efficient communication, coordination, and  support across all levels.
  5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer  inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their  interactions with our company.
  6. Office Management: Organize and maintain office supplies, coordinate petty  cash expenses, and ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the office  space.
  7. Data Entry and Reporting: Input and maintain accurate data in our systems,  generate reports as required, and assist in analyzing data to identify areas for  improvement.
Selection Criteria:
1. Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred,  although training can be provided for the right candidate.
  2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are  essential to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced  environment.
  3. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to ensure  that all administrative tasks are executed flawlessly.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are  necessary to professionally interact with customers, team members, and  suppliers. 
  5. Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  and other relevant software applications. Familiarity with reservation systems  and databases is a plus.
  6. Flexibility: A willingness to adapt to changing business needs, work well  under pressure, and handle unexpected situations is crucial.
  7. Positive Attitude: A friendly and positive demeanor, along with a genuine  passion for providing exceptional customer service, is essential.
