Organisation Description:
We currently seeking a highly motivated Team Leader Finance to join the company. This position reports to the General Manager ICL and plays a critical role in the completion of financial activities to comply with relevant legislations and international standards.
Job Desctiption:
Key Outcome:
- Familiar with financial regulations and legislations
- Sound knowledge in financial and accounting standards and procedures
- Be able to lead a team of staff by managing accountabilities and standards of performance
- Computer literate and has excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Fluent in English and basic knowledge in French
Selection Criteria:
Qualification/requirements:
- Masters of commerce or Business (or related field)
- At least 5 years of work experience as a team leader or similar role
- Must be confident and able to work under pressure
- Demonstrate high level of ethical standards of behaviour
- Great Leadership, negotiation & decision making skills
- Good verbal, written and great communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications
