Organisation Description:
Veterinary Clinic Port Vila provides veterinary services - consultations and surgery as well as selling pet products to clients in Port Vila and other islands in Vanuatu.
Job Desctiption:
The office manger will be responsible for learning a new computer program for the vet clinic
and teaching the staff how to use it. This will involve setting up a bar code system and stock control. He/She will also be in charge of making the clinic run smoothly including staff timetables , ordering stock and making sure the clinic is kept clean. He/She will also assist in moving the business to a new location.
Selection Criteria:
Computer skills- willing to learn a new computer program
Confident and able to communicate with a wide range of people.
Able to problem solve
Excellent written and spoken English.
French would be an advantage but not essential.
