  Duties and Responsibilities
  To run guitar classes for youth centre 2-3 times a week (depending on interest  from the youth), planning outreach activities with your class in communities and  creating a dynamic workplan to keep youth interested and attending your class  regularly over the year.
  Key Responsibilities
  •	Running your class for youth at the centre 2-3 times a week.
  •	To ensure your classes start on time. 
  •	To be responsible for planning and reporting of any activities for your  class to the youth centre manager and to coordinate any extra workshops, field  trips or events for your class over the year.
  •	To ensure the class attendance form is filled out accurately and submitted  to the youth centre manager after each class.
  •	Be aware of your class budget for the year and work with the youth centre  manager and finance officer to plan your activities accordingly. 
  
  
Selection Criteria:
Criteria: 
  •	Highly skilled in guitar and able to teach it.
  •	Experience working with and teaching youth.
  •	Willingness to share knowledge with youth.
   
  Experience Levels
  •	The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the necessary skills  and experience to perform the role successfully with minimal supervision.  Experience in a similar role working with and teaching youth is preferred.
