Job Desctiption:
We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader Information Communication Technology (ICT) to join the Fund.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Finance, Investment and Property the position will enable the successful candidate to provide assurance to the Management and Board on the effectiveness to lead and co-ordinate all activities within the Information and communication Technology Department with the aim to develop information systems by promoting the use of best practice ICT standards within the fund.
Key outcomes:
• Managing the ICT department to ensure smooth operation of the ICT services including branch offices
• Effectively plan and efficiently manage a departmental budget
• ICT trouble shooting to ensure ICT network and hardware are up running
• Managing complex ICT infrastructure
• Managing ICT Projects
• Produce timely reports to the Management and Board of Directors
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager

• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Computer literate, have analytical, problem solving and Positive attitude and a team player
• Must be confident and able to work under pressure
• Demonstrates high ethical standards of behaviour

Selection Criteria:
We are requesting applicants with Bachelor Degree in Computing Science and Information system with 5 years working experience in Team Leader ICT or similar role in demonstrated success in Information Communication Technology department.
