Moorings Hotel is seeking applications from interested
and enthusiastic individuals to perform the following services of the Front
Office Clerk:
 
- Checking guests in and out of the Hotel
 
- Issue room keys, information, and guest’s messages, etc
 
- Works in conjunction with the porter/security to assist guests into to their
rooms 
 
- Answer various questions from guests 
 
- Liaise with housekeeping department on all guests rooms prior to check-in 
 
- Arranges transfers for guests 
 
- Compute bills using Room Master property management system, collect payment and
make change for guests 
 
- Run various reports on the computer for management 
 
- Perform other duties as assigned.
