Job Description:
General management of small holiday complex consisting
of 6 short term holiday apartments, bar/cafe (not open to general public), kids
club and 3 long term rental houses in the same estate.
A broad outline of tasks includes (but not limited to) the following:
- Check guests in and out including managing airport transfers
- Manage existing trained staff including rostering/payroll
- Stock Control/Ordering/Purchasing
- Manage general maintenance and on-going repairs
- Develop/Manage/Assess Promotions.

Criteria:
Suitable applicants should:
- Have common sense and a natural down-to-earth personality
- Have previous experience in hospitality/tourism
- Be prepared to live on-site in provided accommodation
- Be highly organised with a hands on approach
- Have good cash handling/mathematical skills
- Have basic meal/drink preparation skills
- Possess attention to detail
- Be guest satisfaction oriented
- Have the ability to perform general maintenance.
