|  | Vanuatu Brewing Limited is looking for suitable applicant for the position mentioned above. The person will be managing the Laboratory. | 
|  |  | 
|  | Duties and responsibilities: | 
|  | - Create; monitor the production and the staffs along the chain of process. | 
|  | - Control the products and ensure that the hygiene and security rules are followed | 
|  | - Follow up on the product’s anomalies, analyze and develop it on the chain process | 
|  | - Supervise laboratory staffs and train for new instructions | 
|  | - Organize the weekly beer tasting | 
|  | - Work out, propose, implement and follow up the annual operational budget for the department. | 
|  |  |

|  | Criteria: | 
|  | - Graduation: Year 13 + 3 years in biotechnology studies in University. | 
|  | - Experience: +10 years in microbiology or fermentation. | 
|  | - Other required skills: English, optional French and Bislama spoken, excellent interpersonal skills, very good computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) |
