| | Criteria: |
| | - Proven history of minimum 5 years experience in Senior Accounting or Financial Management position; Experience in delegating and monitoring work of subordinates |
| | - Experience in co-ordinating and preparing analysis of all financial reporting for multiple commercial businesses; Experience in managing cash flows and business partnering |
