| | 1) Ability to speak out with impact, particularly on issues of gender, to rural community meetings |
| | 2) Conduct hygiene/ health programs in target communities |
| | 3) Seek to develop local resources for projects, department and the churches or institutions |
| | 4) Compile and submit hygiene/ health workshop and awareness education campaigns to project manager |
| | 5) Conduct regular monitoring visits to observe and record behavior change within target communities regarding hygiene and sanitation practices |
| | 6) Work as a team to organize relevant training workshop for literacy committees and community volunteers. |

| | - Acquire a formal year 10 -13 certificate, in appropriate development related field; Should have a background in community development, nursing or nutrition and non formal education or a related field with |
| | three years working experience; Experience in conducting awareness in communities |
| | - Have computer skills microsoft word and excel; Good interpersonal skills and cross-culture sensitivity; Effective in written and oral communication in english; Has the ability to work well in a team. |
