| | - A graduate degree in an environmental or social science field, along with knowledge of bio-cultural diversity stewardship, landscape, resilience and indigenous peoples; Superior written and oral |
| | communication skills in english; Ability to work in tok pisin and/or other relevant lingua francas like bahasa or motu; Experience in budgeting and financial statement analysis; Well-organized, self-sufficient, |
| | and IT-savvy (e.g. microsoft office suite and web-based application) |
| | - Ability to travel as required by the job description; Demonstrated ability to take on multiple roles and effectively manage complex, evolving work environments; Able to manage multiple projects and |
