| | - At least 5 years full time work as a registered nurse |
| | - Good background of malaria case management; Must have experience in both urban and rural nursing |
| | - 1 year full time in a training or supervisory capacity (for example, managed a team or a health facility) |
| | - Registered nurse with Vanuatu Nursing Counsil. Nurse practitioner qualifications an advantage |
| | - Drivers license |
