|  | The Technical &Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Sector Strengthening Program is an AusAlD-funded Program located in SANMA and MALAMPA provinces with the objective of improving training outcomes in these provinces within a national quality system. | 
|  | The Program is currently seeking experienced applicants for the role of TVET CENTRE MANAGER in SANMA Province to manage the delivery of a range of training and employment- related services offered by the Centre.This role reports directly to the Program Team Leader and is an outstanding professional opportunity for candidates with strong skills and experience in | 
|  | education and training for employment outcomes. | 
|  | Criteria: | 
|  | - Recognised qualification in an education and training-related discipline; Proven experience in the education and training sector in Vanuatu | 
|  | - Excellent communication skills; Excellent management skills, including proven people-management and financial management skills; Strong networks among stakeholders in the training education and | 
|  | training sector | 
|  | - Strong networks among stakeholders in the training education and training sector; Willingness to work in a fluid and challenging work environment where role requirements may change in response to |

|  | - Ability to manage simultaneously multiple tasks under pressure | 
|  | - Highly competent in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and the Internet; Proven ability to work collaboratively with a range of TVET stakeholders, including representatives from Government, | 
|  | training-related agencies, NGOs, and aid donors. |
