| | - Must have at least four (4) years) progressive related work experience in related combined with the successful completion of revelant tertiary courses. |
| | - Must have the following special skills: leadership, legal knowledge, public relations skills, arbitration and diplomacy |
| | - University Degree in land management, legal studies of related discipline and demontrated relevant experience |
| | - Good character - Cooperative, honest, and confident in oneself as leader who can be trusted |
