Organisation Description:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain strong communication and coordination with government departments in Vanuatu. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in administrative management, government liaison, and document handling, with the ability to efficiently drive operational processes.
Job Desctiption:
Supervise and manage the preparation, submission, and follow-up of documents related to government departments.
Maintain regular contact and build good working relationships with relevant government offices.
Handle the submission and collection of official documents, certificates, and approvals.
Coordinate with international courier services (such as DHL and FedEx) for document delivery.
Ensure all procedures and operations comply with local administrative and legal requirements.
Manage local staff and daily office operations to maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline (Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields preferred).
Excellent command of English and Bislama, both written and spoken.
Proven experience in dealing with government offices or administrative management.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Valid Vanuatu driving license.
Salary:
Basic Salary: VT 400,000 per month (approximately USD 3,300). Performance Bonus: Up to VT 100,000 per month (approximately USD 800), paid 50%–100% based on performance and workload
