Job Desctiption:

The successful applicant will require a current Instructor Certification along with O2 Provider & First Aid, Gas Blending and be experienced in Technical Diving including Trimix & CCR.
Experienced in Gear Servicing and Compressor Maintenance. Be able to manage and develop the diving skills of the dive guides and support staff.
Manage the day-to-day operations including emails & walk-in enquiries, cash reconciliation & banking, coordinating Guest pick-up & drop-offs, manage site & ground maintenance.

 

Selection Criteria:

Must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 5 year's experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in liaising with Travel Agents & Wholesalers
• Fluent in English & Bislama
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience living in the Pacific
