Turtle Bay Lodge is situated on the tip of Turtle Ba, we have 15 rooms and a very busy restaurant and bar.
Job Desctiption:
Front of house/Guest Liaison Manager
Selection Criteria:
This role requires a confident, outgoing, organised and enthusiastic person with excellent spoken English. The role involves managing the restaurant bookings, front of house during service plus managing and training the restaurant and bar staff. The role will also involve liaising with the managers to ensure the bar is always well stocked.
The second half of the role involves guest liaison where you will aid guests in the organizing of tours, hire cars, airport transfers etc.
Skills required – experience in managing a busy restaurant and bar.
Report to the resort managers.
Flexible hours required and work will include evenings and weekend.
