Job Desctiption:
Based in the Port Vila office, and reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Finance is responsible for provision and preparation of financial statements and reporting to the board of directors and shareholders ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to reporting deadlines.
Some overseas travel to other Titan FX and partner offices may be required.

Job Responsibilities
● To lead and supervise the accounting team
● To undertake the preparation of monthly financial reporting for presentation to the Board and associated stakeholders
● To identify opportunities for information or quality improvements within the wider finance function
● To provide a high quality financial management reporting service with a focus on identifying trends, risks and opportunities, communicating these to the Board in such a way that its use informs decision making
● To attend key meetings to lead discussions on the organisation's financial performance
● To liaise with external partners and providers to set expectations and manage information flow
● To support the Finance team in the modelling of activity, income and expenditure in relation to complex business case developments and proposals
● To lead the overall annual business planning and budget setting process for the organization



Selection Criteria:
Requirements and Criteria
● Qualified Accountant, preferably CPA/CA
● Experience undertaking complex financial reporting and modelling in global organisations
● Experience working with Boards and external stakeholders
● Capacity to undertake critical analysis of data and provide recommendations
● Partner and supplier relationship management experience
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
● Experience in the financial services sector
● Proficiency in accounting software
● In depth knowledge about foreign exchange and multi currency accounting
