Reef Explorer is a long established tourism provider located in Port Vila that operates boats and related water based tours. The company services guests from the cruise ships and hotels and walk ins.

Job Desctiption:
The job requires a Tour Leader/Crew Member that can interact with guests. Greeting and directing guests and tour leading are the main functions, providing a high standard of service and effectively communicating with guests and management, and maintaining vessels and keeping them clean and immaculate. This will suit applicants with a friendly disposition, good communication ability and interest to work in tourism.

Selection Criteria:
-          Candidates must be physically fit
-          Have ability to swim and no fear of water
-          Have a friendly personality, good smile and be presentable
-          Have good communication skills in English
-          Looking to build a career in a growth company and industry
-          Good work ethic and willingness to learn
-          Be punctual and reliable
-          Flexibility to work weekends on roster basis
-          Having a valid Maritime Safety Certificate
-          Previous tourism experience is preferred, but not required as we will train you if you possess the right attitude


Salary:
Depends on experience and qualifications.
