The UNICEF Pacific office in Vanuatu WASH team Programme Assistant will support the Vanuatu WASH team by providing a range of procedural, administrative, and operational support.  Under the direction of a Vanuatu WASH Specialist, the PA will support the team administratively to develop, implement, execute and monitor the WASH country programme.  The PA will ensure effective and timely delivery that is consistent with UNICEF rules and regulations.

Criteria: To qualify as an advocate for every child, you will have… Completed secondary education with a minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience OR completed a University degree in business administration/related field with a minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience Experience ensuring effective and timely delivery in Vanuatu and ensuring consistency with organization rules and regulations in an administrative/clerical roll Fluency in English and Bislama and an ability to work independently and produce results Familiarity working in emergency response situations (recommended, but not required).
