Offre d'emploi  Job Description: L’Ambassade de France à Port Vila recherche un(e) Cuisinier(e)à la Résidence de France. Date de début souhaitée :  dès que possible. Tâches : Cuisine : Préparation  des  repas  de  l’Ambassadeur  et  de  sa  famille  et  des  événements  qui  ont  lieu  à  la résidence : déjeuners, buffets, dîners ou cocktails Réalisation  de  recettes  à  partir  de  fiches  techniques  et  réalisation  des  plats  en  fonction  de commandes particulières Organisation logistique des réceptions à la résidence (courses etc.) Responsabilité de l’application des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire, de la propreté de la cuisine et de ses installations.

Profil souhaité :

• Ressortissant Ni-Vanuatu ou détenteur d’un permis de travail
• Titulaire d'une solide experience avec une connaissance des spécificités de la cuisine française 
• Français courant 
• Dynamisme et adaptabilité à des rythmes différents

Date de début souhaitée : mi-septembre 2017. 

Flexibilité horaire souhaitée pour pouvoir participer ponctuellement aux réceptions organisées par l’ambassade en soirée. 

Salary:

Salaire mensuel de départ : 96 000 vatus (+13eme mois ; assurance locale prise en charge). Port d’une tenue professionnelle fournie par l’employeur.
