Job Description:
The Vanuatu Brewing limited is looking for 1 motivated person for the position of CO2 Plant operator. 

Duties
  • The CO2 Plant operator is in charge of the CO2, DRY ICE, WATER ICE production and the cylinder filling regarding of the brewery plant and customer need and the quality requirement
  • The staff must be able to handle responsibility, and the pressure of production and quality
  • Contribute to the training of a new staff
The staff should be a force for proposal for any improvement.
Responsibilities
  1. Ensuring the availability of the CO2 in cylinder and tank as per the need of the brewery and the quality requirement. (CO2 Purity, weight of CO2 cylinder, weight of water ice, etc…)
  2. Ensure the production of DRY ICE regarding the planning and the need of the customer
  3. Ensuring the optimisation of the volume produced
  4. Minimizing losses during operation
  5. Ensuring the respect of the working instructions, safety instructions and procedure
  6. Doing routine maintenance of production equipment
  7. Cleaning the plant and the equipment and improvement of productivity
  8. Ensuring respect of food hygiene of the product
  9. Keep all equipment in good working order
  10. Fill the production data sheet daily and after each operation.

The New Zealand High Commission, Port Vila, has a vacancy for the position of Public Diplomacy/Consular Coordinator.

This position is responsible for providing support to the High Commissioner and High Commission staff with strategic communications and outreach advice; developing an effective and active public affairs strategy; managing public diplomacy activities; developing, implementing and maintaining an effective digital presence; and assisting with the management of events and functions for the High Commission.

The Public Diplomacy / Consular Coordinator would also be responsible for providing consular advice and assistance to New Zealanders in Vanuatu.  This includes providing guidance and support for emergency response or in the event of a crisis.

  • Backhoe driver: to drive company’s backhoe on sites, to dig trenches or do excavating works upon request of customers or as directed by the Office.

        Job Description:
        The 2017 Pacific Games are taking place in Port Vila December 4-15 2017.
        The organizing committee is looking for people to join our team as we are responsible for the planning and delivery of the biggest event to take place in Vanuatu. This position plays the key role in ensuring that the accreditation requirements of the Games are executed. Up to 10,000 accreditations need to be produced for the Games and the process of controlling the management of the information needed to produce the badges and more importantly track the production and distribution is critical. 


        Van2017 is seeking a person who can join our team until Dec 22 2017 to manage this critical process for the Games. This is a position for detailed oriented people who have an understanding of processes and managing data. This is not an IT position, but people with an IT understanding and background are also encouraged to apply.         • Managing the rights matrix for all the various stakeholders that require accreditation
        • Coordinating with the system suppliers for the design of badges/and data processing needs
        • Establishing and managing the production environment for the printing of badges
        • Establishing the control environment for the distribution of badges including all equipment/stock, etc
        • Establishing the training plan for accreditation volunteers
        • Establishing the processes and policies
        • Managing the production of day passes.

        • Demonstrated capability in managing and tracking large volumes of data and putting in place processes and controls for the management of such data
        • Knowledge of database systems
        • Demonstrated experience in establishing process control for data and information tracking

        • Position requires a full commitment to the project as extensive and intense work will be required to deliver this scope
