This position is responsible for ensuring compliance of all sub-grant related matters as per CARE and donor rules and regulations. The Sub Grants Officer will provide support in reviewing partner financial reports and also conducting financial verification. The Sub-Grants Officer will also extend support to partners as per their capacity needs. The Sub-Grants Officer is responsible for the following areas: Financial Management and Compliance Partnership Management Program Support General duties

Criteria: Required Qualification and Skills Bachelor degree in a related field (business administration, finance, law, etc.) At least three years’ experience working in finance or contracts-related work. Experience working in an international NGO preferred Prior experience and familiarity with US Government (USAID/OFDA) and Australian Government (HPA/ANCP) donor regulations, procedures and requirements Experience using accounting systems and software; Sun systems preferred Leadership, organising, planning and problem solving skills Training and facilitation skills Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet agreed deadlines Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point).
