Job Desctiption:
A Guest Service Agent (GSA) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests throughout their stay. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, responding to guest enquiries, processing reservations and payments, and ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The GSA also maintains accurate guest records, communicates with other departments to meet guest needs, and resolves guest concerns professionally while following the hotel's policies and standards.
Selection Criteria:
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
Previous customer service or hotel front office experience is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn hotel reservation systems.
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.
