Job Desctiption:
Pierre Brunet Entreprise Générale is seeking a reliable, skilled, and experienced Grader Operator to support its civil works and road construction activities across Vanuatu.
* Operate motor graders safely and efficiently for:
o Road formation and reshaping
o Base course and subgrade preparation
o Drainage shaping and cambering
o Maintenance and rehabilitation of existing roads
* Read and interpret basic drawings, levels and site instructions.
* Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of grader.
* Report mechanical issues promptly to supervisors or maintenance teams.
* Comply with all company OHS, environmental and site safety procedures
Selection Criteria:
• Proven experience as a Grader Operator, preferably in road and civil works.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Ability to travel inter-island when required
• Valid heavy machinery / plant operator license
• Relevant civil construction or plant operation certification
