Job Desctiption:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain engineering department files, logs, and records (work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, inventory).
- Assist in preparing reports, purchase requests, and correspondence.
- Coordinate communication between engineering staff and other hotel departments.
- Track and monitor maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.
- Support the Engineering Manager with daily administrative tasks.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or administrative training preferred.
- Strong organizational and computer skills (MS Office, maintenance software).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality or engineering administration is an advantage.
Work Environment:
- Office-based role within the hotel's Engineering Department.
- Regular interaction with engineering staff and other hotel teams
