Job Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel systems
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Additional task as allocated by supervisor
Selection Criteria:
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and booking systems
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
