Organisation Description:
A leading grocery establishment in Vanuatu with a large wholesale division located at Nambatri area, 4 well stocked supermarkets located at Nambatu (main outlet), Manples, Freshwota (largest suburb area), and Tassiriki (Korman Area) with 4 ABM fuel service stations at Nambatu (Paray), Tropical, Manples, and Tassiriki.
Job Desctiption:
Common tasks include monitoring the company's accounts receivable, communicating with clients regarding billing and payments, preparing and processing invoices, monitoring overdue payments, updating internal databases, etc.
Selection Criteria:
Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in this field
Excellent accounting skills
Ability to prepare financial reports on monthly basis
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team
Able to work with minimal supervision
Fluent in English and French
Good knowledge of any computerized Accounting systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
