Dany Island is a private tropical island just minutes from Luganville, Santo. Known for its crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and marine conservation sanctuary, Dany Island is one of Vanuatu’s premier eco-tourism destinations.
We are seeking a hands-on, professional Island Manager (individual or couple) to oversee our day-tour and eco-resort operations. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in paradise while leading a business that values sustainability, professionalism, and exceptional guest experiences.
Selection Criteria:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily tour and resort operations
- Oversee café, tiki bar, staff coordination, and guest service
- Liaise with wholesalers, cruise ships, and travel agents
- Perform light maintenance and supervise logistics
- Firmly represent Dany Island’s conservation and hospitality values
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or resort management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work independently with initiative
- Comfortable living on a remote island with a small team
- Strong verbal and writing skills for professional interaction with guests
