The plumber will be reporting to the Project Manager.
Duties include but will not necessarily be limited to the following:
• Assemble, installing, repairing and maintaining the plumbing systems to include sewer lines, plumbing in each building, and water lines.
• Completing work orders that may include other general maintenance, such as assisting maintenance staff in completion of tasks.
• Inspecting designated work areas and buildings for problems, completion of identified problems and report to Supervisor.
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
• Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Duties of a Water Sports Activity Officer will include but not necessarily be limited to the following:
Before shift
• Open up water sports
• Clean and tidy water sports
• Check Toilet and bathroom make sure it's clean and tidy up
• Make sure there is enough pool towel and bottle water for guest
• Check Water sports and Gym equipment are in good condition before display for guest to use
• Make sure there is enough signing sheets for guest for guest to sign before and after using equipment
• Rake and tidy up beach
• Display out catamaran kayaks, kayak paddles, bicycles and life jackets
• Arrange sun lounge and mattress in proper place.
End Shift
• Make sure all the equipment are return back and sign in
• Check for any damage equipment and reported to the maintenance to fix
• Bicycle kayak paddles, and life jacket to be return inside water sport.
• Kayaks and catamarans to be moved out of the water to saver place
• Remove mattress from sun lounges to secure place
• Make sure pool towels and water are available at the gym for next day
• Clean and tidy gym for next day use
• Make sure doors are locked at the water sports
• Return and sign in key at guest experience
• Print signing sheets if run out.
Selection Criteria:

Working as a Therapist you will report to the Guest Experience Manager and will perform a range of beauty and relaxation treatments for spa guests and must provide excellent customer service to ensure that all spa guests have a perfect stay and that guest satisfaction is achieved.
Duties of a spa therapist will include but not necessarily be limited to the following:
• Conducting skin analysis and advising clients on skin and body care.
• Provide all signature massage treatments, spa therapies, all hand and foot treatments, facials, waxing, and retail products recommendations and sales
• Making appointments, maintaining client records and handling financial transactions.
• Selling and providing advice on cosmetic and skin care products.
• Use of proper etiquette and professionalism at all times
• Maintain and develop a client base
• Follow the established spa guidelines for all spa programmes and services. Actively sell additional spa services, ensuring return visits
• Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules and specials
