Job Desctiption:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations/Project Manager to join our team. As the Operations/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations and project initiatives of our manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the organization.
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the operations and project teams to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Analyze current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency.
Selection Criteria:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management and project leadership.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Mechanical Engineering experience is highly regarded
