Job Desctiption:
Under the general guidance of the General Manager, and within the limits of  InterContinental Hotels Group and the Hotel's policies and procedures,  responsible for leading the hotel's quality and continuous improvement  philosophy.
  Coordinate all necessary training and development with the Human Resources and  relevant Heads of Department.  Process implementation and managing projects  for Food & Beverage Operations.
  
Selection Criteria:
-	Bachelor's degree and/or, higher education qualification/equivalent in  Hotel Management.
  -	10 years related experience, including management experience.
  -	Previous work experience in a Pacific Country is preferable.
  -	Hands on knowledge/experience of culinary operations.
  -	Hands on knowledge/experience of food and beverage service operations.
  -	Certificate IV in Training highly regarded.
  -	Immediate start.
