Job Desctiption:
We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person for the Position of Senior Operations Officer to be based at Luganville, Santo, Vanuatu. This is a senior position which demands a good standing of leadership and commitment to the effective and efficient administration and operations of ACOM Vanuatu.
This role oversees the effective administration and operations of ACOM Vanuatu. The role will also be responsible for human resources and the oversight of the management of ACOM Vanuatu lands and properties
Selection Criteria:
The candidate we are looking for must have a good compliment of the following backgrounds:
• A minimum qualification of a certificate in Business (operations management) or higher.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and can work independently with minimum supervisor.
• Proven experience of working in a busy, multifunctional role.
• Well organized, efficient and detail conscious with good administration skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Effective communicator with good command of oral and written.
• Be able to respond to call to attend to work outside of normal working hours,
