Job Desctiption:
To take ownership and accountability for the delivery of an allocated project scope, ensuring that it is defined and delivered in accordance to the contracted requirements and in accordance to the key objectives.
Selection Criteria:
•	5+ years' experience and sound discipline knowledge as a field  engineer, controls engineer, contracts engineer or discipline engineer on  complex industry projects
  •	The ability to create and share a sense of direction, give clear direction  to individuals and teams and willingness to coach and mentor others to build  business capability for the future
  •	Strong problem solving and organization skills and ability to meet tight  deadlines
  •	Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  •	Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •	Commitment and enthusiasm for continuous learning
  •	Committed to developing efficient and economical designs
  •	Committed to schedule and budget allocated for tasks
  •	Self-discipline and able to manage own daily work allocation as well as  those assigned to support subgroup
  •	Identify schedule/budget warning signs early
  •	Ability to lead small teams and a commitment to mentoring and coaching of  personnel
  •	Intermediate to advanced level in all Microsoft Office programs
  •	Familiar with Australian, New Zealand & Vanuatu standards and building  codes
  •	Strong leadership qualities
  •	Previous experience on Pacific/International projects will be an  advantage
