The Vanuatu National Provident Fund (VNPF) was established under the Vanuatu National Provident Fund Act [CAP 189] to provide security for workers during their working life and into retirement.
Job Desctiption:
We are currently advertising the position of Two (2) Human Resource Officers to join the Fund.
Reporting to Team Leader Human Resource, this position provides the successful candidate with an exciting platform to provide support and assistance to the Human Resources Team on a varied range of Human Resource functions which include recruitment, staffing, salaries, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.

Criteria needed for this Position are:
Education
Tertiary Qualification in Human Resource Management and Economics or other related field
Experience
3 years' experience with management aspect of human resources
Skills
Ability to solve staff grievances
Good communication skills
Experience using Microsoft word applications
Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
Good Analytical skills
People's person
