Job Description: Vanuatu Brewing Ltd is looking for a suitable applicant for the position of Purchasing Assistant.   Duties and responsibilities Process all local and international orders (sea and air) Keep track of all orders Make sure that all order preparations are done properly Track current orders and reminders Follows and controls the customs declaration of goods, in order to comply with the customs regulations Make sure that the deadlines are met Completion of various administrative tasks in the purchasing department Calculate the actual cost prices, and controls the entry of the actual cost price in the accounting software Do the stock entries and control its accuracy. Criteria: Interested applicant must possess the following criteria: Graduate: Must possess a year 13 certificate and a degree in management, administration or another similar field Must have between 1 and 3 years’ experience in purchasing or in finance and management Must possess very good skills in Excel and word Must be fluent in English. French and Bislama is a plus Must be proactive and very organized Must have a driving license.
